  • 11am and 3pm: FREE Nature Sketch drop-in sessions – experience a taste of the program that allows children to learn about their local wildlife and different habitats using core eco-literacy principles and sketching inspiration from world-renowned artist and naturalist Robert Bateman. Please note this activity will have limited space and be offered on a first-come, first-served basis!
  • 2pm: Free tour of the gallery – this is your chance to learn more about Robert’s evolution as an artist, and hear personal stories from behind the scenes of his creations

Throughout the day, you will be able to:

  • Try our Virtual Reality Experience: Bateman 360. The VR experience brings the outdoors to life using a combination of 3D art, 360 degree video, a voice over by Robert Bateman, and a surprise visit at the end to one of Mr Bateman’s favourite spots

Please note that all activities and free resources will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and whilst stocks last. We can’t wait to see you at the gallery!
